• Delivery is completely free of charge, and tracking information will be shared once your order has been shipped.

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Customized products are not eligible for returns.

• Products may be exchanged only if they are received in a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete condition.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
• Once the issue is verified, an exchange will be arranged at no additional cost. Requests based on change of mind, personal preference, or customer error will not be accepted.
